Consumer Promotional Offer

1. This program/ scheme Beatbox Consumer Promotional Offer (‘Program’) is applicable for customers (hereinafter for brevity referred to as “Customer, You, Your”) of Canon India Private Limited (“CIPL”) who have purchased Canon PIXMA PRINTER models (“Product(s)”) mentioned in Annexure-A which are imported and marketed by CIPL in India and purchased by You on and between 5th April 2024 till 30th June 2024 (both days inclusive) (‘Program Period’) from CIPL authorized dealer/retailer/outlet/online store (“Seller”).

2. By Your act of participating in the Program, the Customer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of the Program and further agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions, if You do not agree to any of the terms and conditions of the Program then do not participate in the Program.

3. List of CIPL authorized Seller outlets is mentioned in Annexure-B.

4. The Program shall be managed by CIPL’s authorized third party vendor M/s. Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited, a Company having its principal place of business at 4th Floor, 10/4, Mithra Tower, Kasturba Road, Bengaluru Urban (Bangalore), Karnataka -560001 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Vendor’).

5. To avail the Promotional Item mentioned in Annexure-C (“Promotional Item”) which is offered under the Program, it is mandatory for You to get the Product(s) registered at https://Beatboxoffer.com (“Program Website”) and upload the copy of valid invoice within 15 days from the date of purchase of the Product.

6. Last date to register the Product purchased on 30th June 2024 is 15th July 2024, subject to successful validation by CIPL/Vendor.

7. Eligibility Criteria and Product Registration Process to Claim the Promotional Item:
• This consumer program is valid on Canon PIXMA G2730, G2770, G3730, G3770, printers purchased on and between 5th April’2024 till 30th June 2024 (both days inclusive).

• This Program is valid only in India.

• You should be a resident of India and of 18 years and above age to participate in this Program.

• This Program is not valid for purchase of Product(s) by distributors, retailers, resellers, Govt., buyer, and institutional buyers.

• The Program is valid and applicable only on the Products imported and marketed by CIPL and purchased by Customer from CIPL’s authorized Seller Store, or any other physical retail store/outlet or online/ecommerce platform.

• The Program is not open to any counterfeit/second hand product, or product obtained by the Customer without a commercially valid invoice.

• CIPL/Vendor shall verify the genuineness of the Product by checking the Product Serial Number with its records when the detail is submitted by the Customer on Program Website.

• The Program is limited to one Promotional Item per Customer, irrespective of multiple Products purchased by the Customer during the Program Period.

• You can use a mobile number, address and email address only once to register and claim the Promotional Item under the Program irrespective of multiple Products purchased during the Program Period.

• You must mandatorily register the Product on Program Website within 15 days from the date of purchase of the Products and last date for registration of the Product purchased on 30th June 2024 is 15th July 2024, to avail the Promotional Item.
• At the time of registering the Product on Program Website, you must complete the registration process by providing following details in the registration page which is required to validate and authenticate the registered Customer and the Product:

Email ID
Valid customer email ID
Product serial number
As per purchase invoice
Complete Address with pin code
Valid address
• You must mandatorily upload an invoice copy, address Proof & picture of actual product mentioning serial number at the time of registering the Product on the Program Website.
• You must upload Aadhar Card or Passport or Driving License or Voter Card or Mobile Bill or Electricity Bill or Gas Bill or Rent Agreement in support of Your address proof.
• The above personal information and document provided by You is without any undue influence, force or coercion. You hereby consent and accept CIPL’s terms of use published at https://in.canon/en/business/web/terms & CIPL’s privacy published at https://in.canon/en/business/web/privacy and authorize CIPL and Vendor to use the above information for the Program and as well as CIPL’s promotional, marketing and publicity activities in future.
• You may contact CIPL/Vendor at the email address Beatboxoffer@bigcity.in to remove Your personal information from CIPL system.
• CIPL reserves the right to reject the claim if the registration is done after 15 days from the date of purchase of the Product as mentioned on the purchase invoice.
• CIPL also reserves the right to reject the claim if the required information is not sufficient, clear, visible, readable, and authentic.
• CIPL reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate, the Program including Program’s Terms & Conditions and offering of Promotional Item at any time without prior notice or liability.
• The details and documents provided by the Customers at the time of registration on the Program Website will be validated by CIPL or Vendor.
• If Product registration is successful, a confirmation mail / text message shall be sent on Your registered email id / mobile number.
• In case the registration is incomplete or if it is found by CIPL/Vendor at the time of validating the details that there is any discrepancy in the information provided by You then the registration will be rejected by CIPL and a rejection intimation shall be sent on Your registered email id / mobile number.
• In case of rejection, you need to do a fresh registration of the Product with required information within 15 days from the date of rejection and not later than 30th June 2024 whichever is earlier.
• Any Product registration rejected three (03) times by CIPL/Vendor on the basis of discrepancy in the information submitted by You, you will not be considered eligible for the Program.
• In case of unsuccessful Product registration, customer information submitted at the time of registration process shall be removed from the Program Website and same will be intimated by CIPL/Vendor.

• In case of successful Product registration, the Promotional Item will be sent to the Customer’s registered address as provided on the Program Website within 45 days from the date of successful registration of the Product as confirmed by CIPL/Vendor. However, CIPL shall not take any responsibility for any delay in delivery for any reasons outside CIPL’s reasonable control.

• In case of “Successful Registration” the Customer may login into the Program Website and check status of Promotional Item dispatch/delivery status. However, in case of unsuccessful Product Registration, then Customer shall not be able access the Program Website.

8.  Promotional item offered under the Program:
• The Customers whose Product registration is successful as mentioned herein and confirmed by CIPL or Vendor in writing/SMS, shall get one (1) unit of JBL GO3 worth MRP Rs. 4,499.00 inclusive of all taxes.
• The Promotional Item “JBL GO3” is available in multiple colour options viz BLACK, GREEN, GREY. Only one promotional item per Customer will be provided subject to availability of colour. Final decision shall be of CIPL.

• The Promotional Item is offered to Customers in “as is” condition as procured from the OEM / OEM authorized suppliers / distributor / dealers. CIPL or Vendor does not represent or warrant on merchantability or fitness for the intended purpose of the Promotional Item offered under the Program.

• OEM Warranty on Promotional Item: The Promotional Item shall be covered under standard one (01) year OEM warranty. You may visit https://support.jbl.com/in/en/policy-legal/Warranty+Policy.html to read and understand the applicable warranty terms and conditions on the Promotional Item.

• Customers should have a compatible electronic device as per OEM specifications for use of Promotional Item.

• To claim service and repair of the Promotional Item under warranty term from OEM / OEM authorized service centre, it is must to present / submit the copy of the retail invoice provided by the Seller at the time of purchase of Canon Product to the Customers. You can register service request through OEM support number 1800-102-0525 (operational Monday to Sunday between 10AM to 7PM IST). • CIPL shall not be responsible to provide or address any queries or Customer escalations on Promotional Items relating to post sale support or warranty management or dead on arrival (DOA) cases, which is strictly governed by OEM warranty terms and conditions as mentioned in – https://support.jbl.com/in/en/policy-legal/Warranty+Policy.html

• CIPL shall not be responsible for the loss, damage, non-functioning of the Promotional Item or replace Promotional Item received by the Customer and found Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective or any other issues of whatsoever nature with respect to the Promotional Item and the Customer should contact the OEM/OEM authorised service provider.


9.  Program Process Flow:
 STEP 1:
Customer interested to claim the Promotional Item under the Program may directly visit the Seller Store/online portal, purchase the Product and must register the Product successfully on the Program Website within 15 days from the date of the purchase of the Product to claim the Promotional Item and last date for registration of the Product purchased on 30th Jun 2024 is 15th July 2024,
STEP2:
To claim the Promotional Item, the Customer shall log-on to the Program Website and enter all required information including his/her mobile number for One-Time Password (OTP) to complete verification process to register the Product.                
STEP3:
CIPL/Vendor will validate and check the information submitted by the Customer on the Program Website.
STEP4:
After CIPL/Vendor completes the verification/validation of the Customer information and Product details, the status of the Product registration will show as either “Successful Registration” or “Unsuccessful Registration”.
STEP5:
An SMS (short messaging service) and an e-mail of “Successful Registration” or “Unsuccessful Registration” shall be sent on the Customer’s mobile number and email id respectively, by CIPL/Vendor to inform Customer about the Product registration status. In case of “Successful Registration” the Customer may login into the Program Website and check the status of Promotional Item dispatch/delivery status.
STEP6:
“Successful Registration” shall be eligible to receive the Promotional Item which will be dispatched by CIPL/Vendor to the address which was provided by the Customer over the Program Website during the Product registration process. CIPL/Vendor will not be responsible for wrong address/PIN code in case the Promotional Item is not delivered or returned. CIPL/Vendor will not be responsible in case the Promotional Item is not delivered or returned by virtue of/as a result of wrong address/PIN code.
STEP7:
The Promotional Item will be sent to the Customer’s registered address within 45 days from the date of “Successful Registration” of the Product as confirmed by CIPL/Vendor and when the Promotional Item is dispatched, an SMS intimating the Customer shall be sent to the Customer’s registered mobile number.
STEP8:
“Unsuccessful Registration” shall not be eligible to claim the Promotional item and the Customer who will receive “Unsuccessful Registration” status of their Product must login into the Program Website and provide correct information for validation of the Product/Customer information by CIPL/Vendor. Process as mentioned in STEP2 to STEP6 above will be repeated in case of “Unsuccessful Registration” of the Product. You will get a maximum of two (02) chances to recorrect/resubmit the requested information. After third (03) rejection You cannot submit required information on the Program Website and Your account will be restricted & Your data will be removed from CIPL system.

10. General Terms & Conditions:
• Any tax liability related to the Promotional Item offered by CIPL under the Program will have to be borne by the Customer.
• This Program cannot be grouped together with any other existing offer of CIPL or any other offer that CIPL may launch during the Program Period.
• CIPL will collect personal information during the Product registration process for the purpose of validation of the claim for redemption of the Promotional Item. CIPL may however disclose such information received from the Customers to any third-party vendor, and logistics vendor solely for the purpose of this Program and/or to any government authority, agency, and regulatory/statutory body as may be required by law. Further, CIPL shall treat your personal information in accordance with CIPL's protocols, applicable laws and regulations and CIPL's latest privacy policy published in its corporate website https://in.canon/en/business/web/privacy
• CIPL reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate this Program at any time without any prior notice to the Customer.
• This Program is subject to force majeure conditions that are beyond the control of CIPL and CIPL shall not be responsible to the Customer if the Program is cancelled, or Program Website is non-functional/not available or Promotional Item could not be delivered within the specified timeline due to any force majeure events/occurrences.
• Suspected or actual fraud and/or suspected or actual abuse relating to the Program may result in immediate cancellation of the registration and the Customer’s participation in the Program, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to CIPL whether in law or equity.
• By accepting the terms and conditions of this Program, the Customer are deemed to have given their unqualified consent to receive communications on their registered email and/or mobile number regarding any product update, promotional and/or marketing activity from CIPL (or its authorized vendors) either electronically (email, sms) or through hard copy.
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, CIPL (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), including any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Program.
• CIPL is not responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by any technical issues, errors or delays due to any of CIPL or Third-Party system or Program Website.
• CIPL is not liable for any claims, damages or liabilities arising out of or/and in connection with Your use of any of CIPL, Third-Party system or Program Website.
• All dispute related to the subject matter of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Delhi and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• This Offer is valid till stocks last on all consumer purchases of G2730, G2770, G3730 and G3770. The colour of displayed promotional item may vary from the actual product*
• Please upload original invoice copy while submitting the claim. Handwritten / photocopied invoice will not be accepted.
